We have added this blog. The biggest reason for this is it makes it a lot easier to notify people when things have been added to the website by subscribing to the RSS link on the bottom of the page. When I update something it will let you know instead of sending tons of emails out and you can look at the site when you want. I really don't want the emails to be deleted from us thinking it's just another "update" on the website so emails will be related to chapter business and you can subscribe to the RSS feed if you want to keep up on the website. If it is an important issue you may get an email with the information on the website or a request to link but this will be reserved for important things, not routine updates and added links.

We added a breaking news link on the home page to give you an update to the state meeting last week.

 I am not sure how long to leave certian things up on the site- I don't want to change it to fast for those that don't look at it on a routine basis but I also don't want to leave it up there to long- your feedback would be great on this.
